For Mazda's 2026 Brand Summit in Arlington, we worked alongside Hit Play as the design and fabrication partner to translate Mazda's philosophy of Omotenashi — selfless, considered hospitality — into a physical space. Warm materials, precise detailing, and an environment built to make every attendee feel the intention behind it.

The stage was clad in stained white oak veneer. DMX-integrated lighting and dimensional branded logos brought movement without noise. A custom black stage skirt, white oak trim, and integrated LED display tied the architecture together into something cohesive. Together, this created a space enough to hold attention and specific enough to be unmistakably theirs.
